What to expect when working with Omnia Beauty

What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent fibers that are glued to your natural lashes to make them appear longer, thicker and darker.
How long does the procedure take?
Getting eyelash extensions is a detail-oriented process. It can take anywhere from two to four hours to complete. The eye being worked on needs to remain closed and as motionless as possible during the procedure.
The booker has no availability, can you squeeze me in?
We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Reach out to us to see when we can fit you in. There will be a $30 fee for squeeze ins.
What condition should my lashes be for the appointment?
Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes (no makeup), no eyeliner, eyeshadow, or strip lash glue. If your lashes require deep cleaning, a lash bath will be required that will result in an additional $20 fee.
When should I schedule my next fill?
We suggest coming in every two weeks as you will naturally have lost at least 20-30% of the extensions due to your natural lash growth.
Do you perform infills upon another technician’s installment?
We do not infill other lash technician’s work. However, we do offer a removal service along with a fresh set. This option is available as an add-on when scheduling your appointment.
What are your rules on rescheduling?
You must reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits will be transferable one time within a 30-day period. Failing to reschedule within 24 hours will result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
We kindly ask that you show up alone to your appointment. Guests will not be allowed on the premises.
What are your contraindications? (Please read prior to scheduling)
Please refrain from scheduling a lash service if you are 5+ months pregnant, experiencing any styes, pink eye, or had any recent eye procedures. If upon your appointment your technician isn’t able to perform the services, you will be charged in full for your appointment.
Is there parking on the premises?
There is street parking only.
BOOKING POLICIES
We ask that you review our policies prior to booking your appointment.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit will be deducted from your final payment. and is non-refundable. All payments are due in Zelle or Cash (no change). There is a 6% additional charge for debit or credit card payments. All payments are non-refundable.
LATE POLICY
If you are running late, please inform us. We provide a 10 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. You will require ta new appointment and deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hour notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged 100% for their scheduled service. Any new appointment will require a new deposit. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS. If the card on file declines or there are insufficient funds, you will be barred from scheduling any reservations with Omnia Beauty until the balance due and fees are satisfied.
REFUND POLICY
All sales and services are final. There are no refunds under any circumstances. TIME IS NOT REFUNDABLE. If for some reason you have a problem with your lashes, contact us within 24 hours to schedule a time to alleviate the issue. After the 24 hour window, you will have to schedule a new appointment where you will be charged for new services.
